League Of Her Own." With 17 years in the league, 5 team changes, 10 moves and over 300 games. A veteran wife married to place kicker, Nick Folk, Jay is truly one of the OG's, and can honestly say, where few can: "Been there, Done that!"

 

Jay is no stranger to the Sports World. With a background in sports broadcasting and a resume packed with some of the top sports powerhouses in the business, Jay can hold her own in a room filled with sports enthusiasts. Whether she was running center court at the NBA All Star game, or side-line reporting for FN at Texas Rangers baseball games, Jay has never been far from the action.

 

Even with a full time job as a "players wife" and a busy mom of 4, Jay started her own business. "What the Folk" fitness started in her garage, grew to weekly bootcamps and now has morphed into a very successful, busy online phenomenon.
